Don't smoke - Experiment from experts proves that smoking a cigarette after meal is comparable to smoking 10 cigarettes (chances of cancer is higher). - Alhamdulillah Abam bukan perokok! Sementelah lagi saya kan. :)
Don't eat fruits immediately - Immediately eating fruits after meals will cause stomach to be bloated with air. Therefore take fruit 1-2 hr after meal or 1hr before meal. - Kalau makan kat hotel or restoran mewah, depa serve buah-buahan kan after makan? Takkan nak kena tunggu 1-2 jam baru boleh makan? Walaubagaimanapun, tak boleh jadi ni. Kena elakkan!
Don't drink tea - Because tea leaves contain a high content of acid.This substance will cause the Protein content in the food we consume to be hardened thus difficult to digest. - Alamak! saya penggemar tea yang sangat tegar. Boleh dikatakan, setiap kali makan di luar, teh-o adalah pilihan utama. Hmmm..
Don't loosen your belt - Loosening the belt after a meal will easily cause the intestine to be twisted and blocked. - Okay, ini saya selalu buat. Sejak-sejak jadi gemuk nih. Makan banyak sikit, terpaksa longgarkan belt or seluar or kain agar boleh bernafas dengan tenang dan damai. heheh..
Don't bathe - Bathing will cause the increase of blood flow to the hands, legs and body thus the amount of blood around the stomach will therefore decrease. This will weaken the digestive system in our stomach. - Yang ni selalu dengar. Senang cakap, senang buncit kalau mandi lepas makan. So, memang saya CUBA elakkan. :) [alasan sebab malas mandi..hehe]
Don't walk about - People always say that after a meal walk a hundred steps and you will live till 99. In actual fact this is not true. Walking will cause the digestive system to be unable to absorb the nutrition from the food we intake. - Memang jadi mengah lebih kalau lepas makan dan terus jalan banyak.
Don't sleep immediately - The food we intake will not be able to digest properly. Thus will lead to gastric and infection in our intestine.- Ini betul. Saya memang tak suka tidur lepas makan, melainkan kalau dah memang mengantuk sangat-sangat. Jarang sekali berlaku la. My parents pun memang melarang kalau anak-anak dia tidur lepas makan. Kalaupun saya tertidur after makan, tengah malam, perut saya mesti sakit. Takpun, bangun pagi-pagi, rasa lapar gila!
